With Web2Chat, you can create and manage multiple Help Centers by setting up multiple workspaces. This allows you to provide distinct support resources for different products, regions, or customer segments, each with its own Help Center content and settings.
How to Create a New Workspace
Creating a new workspace in Web2Chat enables you to set up an additional Help Center:
- From the top bar of your dashboard, click on the "Workspace" option.
- Click on the "Add Workspace" button.
- You’ll be taken to a new page where you can add a name for the workspace.
- Set the preferred language and timezone to match your target audience's needs.
- Click on the "Create New Workspace" button to complete the process.
Once your new workspace is created, you’ll have a separate environment where you can manage Help Center content, customize settings, and adjust configurations specific to that workspace.
Managing Multiple Workspaces
Web2Chat makes it easy to switch between and manage multiple workspaces:
- Switching workspaces: Use the Workspace dropdown on the top bar of your dashboard to switch between different workspaces.
- Managing workspace settings: Each workspace has its own settings for content, language, appearance, and more, allowing for tailored Help Center experiences.
- Customizing Help Centers per workspace: Update the Help Center settings, articles, collections, and appearance in each workspace as needed.
Best Practices for Managing Multiple Help Centers
To get the most out of multiple Help Centers in Web2Chat, consider the following:
- Use separate workspaces for different products, regions, or customer segments to deliver tailored support experiences.
- Customize language settings and Help Center content in each workspace to match the needs of the audience it serves.
- Organize articles and collections distinctly in each Help Center to avoid confusion and improve user experience.
Managing multiple Help Centers with Web2Chat is made simple through the use of workspaces. By creating separate workspaces for various products, regions, or user groups, you can customize each Help Center’s content and settings for the best user experience.
