- Navigate to Contacts and select People from your Web2Chat dashboard. This section displays a list of leads or customers who have previously contacted your support team.
- Browse the list to find the customer whose information you wish to update.
- Click on their name to open their profile.
Once in the customer’s profile, locate the Edit icon in the left-hand sidebar. Click on the Edit icon to enable editing mode for the customer’s information.
Make the necessary changes to the lead data, including details such as:
