With Web2Chat’s multilingual support feature, you can provide a localized Messenger experience to customers by offering language options based on their device settings. This feature allows you to set a default language for your Messenger and add additional languages to accommodate a diverse customer base.
How to Configure Multiple Languages in Messenger
Follow these steps to enable and configure multilingual support in your Web2Chat Messenger.
To enable multilingual support in Web2Chat Messenger, follow these steps:
- Log into Web2Chat and go to Channels--> Messenger from the left-hand menu.
- Select the Content tab.
- Click on Supported Languages to access language settings.
- Choose a default language for your Messenger, which will be displayed to customers by default.
- To add support for additional languages, click the +Add Language button and select the languages you want.Note: These additional languages will display automatically based on each customer’s device settings.
- Save your changes to apply the multilingual settings.
With this setup, Web2Chat Messenger will display in the language that matches each customer's device or browser settings, creating a localized and user-friendly experience.
