Accessing Your Workspace Settings
To access your workspace settings, navigate to:
- Settings--> General Settings in the Web2Chat dashboard.
- You’ll find options to manage various aspects of your workspace, detailed below.
Workspace Settings Overview
Below are the different workspace settings you will find in Web2Chat:
Workspace Name
Change the name of your workspace to match your brand or project needs. The new name will be visible to all teammates using this workspace.
Workspace ID
Each workspace has a unique ID that you might need for certain integrations or for support inquiries.
Workspace Avatar
Update your workspace’s avatar to reflect your branding. This helps to differentiate between multiple workspaces if you have more than one.
Language & Timezone
Set the primary language and timezone for your workspace. Adjusting the timezone is crucial if you have time-based automations or reports.
Delete Workspace
If you no longer need a workspace, you can delete it. This action is irreversible, so make sure to back up any necessary data before proceeding.
