A teammate has invited you to a workspace, but now what? All you have to do to accept an invite and get started with Web2Chat is:
Open Your Invite Email
Look for an email from Web2Chat with an invite to join the workspace. Click the "Join your team" button in the email.
If you can't see an invite in your inbox, please check your 'Spam' folder in case it was delivered there.
Log In or Create a New Account
If you are new to Web2Chat, create a new account by providing your name, email (this will be automatically filled in), and password.
If you already have an account associated with the invited email, log in using your existing email and password instead of signing up again.
Troubleshooting:
If you receive an error message stating “Email has already been taken,” it means there is already an account with that email. Simply log in to Web2Chat using the same email that matches the invite to proceed.
Accept the Invitation
Once logged in, accept the invitation to join the workspace.
