Add a Teammate
To invite new teammates to join your workspace, follow these steps:
Open the Settings Page
Navigate to Settings > General > Teammates.
Click + Add New
Select + Add new teammates.
Enter Email Address
Enter the email address of the teammate or teammates you'd like to invite and click Continue.
Set Permissions
After entering or importing the group of teammates, set their permissions.
Permissions are grouped by feature and will be collapsed by default. Use the dropdown in each section to edit specific permissions.
Use the 'Allow all' or 'Restrict all' button to allow or restrict all permissions for a teammate.
You can also select and deselect permissions per section to tailor the access levels for each teammate.
Following Up with Your Invitations
If your teammates haven't accepted their invites after 3 days, you will receive an email listing the pending invites along with unique invite links for each teammate so you can share them directly.
Remove a Teammate
To help you comply with the GDPR legislation, we’ve updated our deletion process for teammates.
Before, you could delete a teammate and reassign messages and conversations, but the teammate data could be restored if needed and there are references to the original teammate in old conversations.
Navigate to Teammates
Go to
Settings > General > Teammates
.Remove the Teammate
Click
Edit
next to the teammate you want to remove, then select Remove teammate
.It's not possible to restore a removed teammate, however, you can invite them back to your workspace using the same email address.
