Customize Your Help Center Footer

Add your logo, contact details, social media links, and footer links to create a footer that matches your brand.

Customize the look of your Help Center footer with three possible templates:
Simple, Classic, or Multi-level. This footer will be consistent across all pages of your Help Center (homepage, collections, articles).

Getting Started

Selecting a Footer Template

Navigate to Help Center Settings > Styling > Footer.
Choose a layout template for the footer:
  • Simple: The default template that doesn't use columns.
  • Classic: Allows up to 4 columns.

Click Save and set live to save your changes.

Logo and Text Field

  • Go to Help Center Settings > Styling > Footer.
  • Upload your logo or preferred image (independent from the Header logo).
  • Add your company slogan or contact information in the text field.
  • Click Save and set live to apply your changes.

Social Media Buttons

  • Add links to your social media profiles by navigating to Help Center Settings > Styling > Footer.
  • You can add up to 16 social platforms including
    • Spotify
    • Instagram
    • LinkedIn
    • Twitter/X
    • Tumblr
    • Facebook
    • Twitch
    • TikTok
    • Telegram
    • Reddit
    • Discord
    • Pinterest
    • YouTube
    • GitHub
    • VK
    • Dribbble
  • Reorder the social media buttons using the drag-and-drop tool or remove them by clicking the bin icon.
  • Click Save and set live to save your changes.

Manage Footer Links

  • Navigate to Help Center Settings > Styling > Footer and click Manage links below the Footer Links section.
  • Group links together by creating columns. Name the column (optional) and use the dropdown arrow to add labels and URLs for each footer link.
  • Links can be deleted by clicking the bin icon next to the link. Footer links are independent of Header links and must be set up separately.
  • Add multiple columns by selecting + Add column. Columns can be deleted by clicking the Delete column button.
  • Reorder footer links and columns using the drag-and-drop tool.
  • Click Save and set live to apply your changes.

Localizing Footer Links

  • Use the language selector above the columns in Styling > Footer > Manage footer links to localize your Help Center footer links.
  • Choose one of your supported languages and add custom columns and footer links for that language.
  • Click Save and set live to save your changes. The footer will now display in the supported languages when they match your customers' device settings.

Maximum Columns Allowed

  • Simple template: Columns are not displayed; only the links in the first column will be shown in the center of the footer.
  • Link Limits: A maximum of 8 links can be added to a column. A column must contain at least one link to be saved. Columns without any links will be deleted when you click Save and set live.
By customizing your Help Center footer, you can create a branded, organized, and user-friendly support environment for your customers.
