The Web2Chat mobile app provides easy access to the Help Center, allowing you to quickly find answers to common questions, troubleshoot issues, and explore useful resources without leaving the app.

How to Access the Web2Chat Help Center from the Mobile App

  1. Launch the Web2Chat app on your Android or iOS device.
  2. In the top bar of the app, tap the gear icon (Settings) to open the settings menu.
  3. Scroll down to find and select Help Center in the settings menu.

Once in the Help Center, you can search for articles, guides, and FAQs related to your questions or issues. You can type keywords in the search bar or browse through different categories.
The Help Center provides resources on using Web2Chat features, troubleshooting, and best practices for customer support.
If you can’t find the information you need in the Help Center, you can also use the app to email Web2Chat support directly. This option is available in the Help Center for quick support.
