Integrating Instagram with Web2Chat allows you to manage your Instagram Direct Messages directly from the Web2Chat dashboard. This integration centralizes communication, ensuring you never miss a message and enabling your team to respond quickly and consistently.

Step-by-Step Guide to Integrate Instagram with Web2Chat

Follow the steps below to set up, manage, and uninstall the Instagram integration.
  1. Navigate to your Web2Chat dashboard and go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Click on the Instagram option from the list of available integrations.
  3. Click on the Install button to start the integration process. You will be redirected to Instagram to log into your account.
  4. Log in to the Instagram account associated with your business profile. If you manage multiple profiles, select the Instagram accounts you want Web2Chat to access.
  5. After selecting the accounts, you will be redirected back to the Web2Chat dashboard. Your authorized Instagram accounts will be listed under the integration.
  6. Select an account from the list and click on the Connect Account button to enable messaging for that account.

Managing Instagram Integration in Web2Chat

  • Disconnect an Account:
    1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Instagram.
    2. Find the connected account and click on the Disconnect button to remove it from Web2Chat.

    1. To remove the integration entirely, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Instagram.
    2. Click on the Uninstall button. This will remove access to all connected Instagram accounts.
