Integrating Facebook with Web2Chat allows you to manage your Facebook Page messages directly from the Web2Chat dashboard. This integration centralizes communication, making it easier to provide timely and consistent support.

Step-by-Step Guide to Integrate Facebook with Web2Chat

Follow the steps below to set up, manage, and uninstall the Facebook integration.
  1. From your Web2Chat dashboard, go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Click on the Facebook option from the list of available integrations.
  3. Click on the Install button to start the integration process.

  4. You will be redirected to Facebook to log into your account. Log in to the Facebook account associated with your Facebook Business Pages.
  5. If you manage multiple pages, select the pages you want Web2Chat to access.
  6. After selecting the pages, you will be redirected back to the Web2Chat dashboard. Your authorized Facebook Pages will be listed under the integration.
  7. Select a page from the list and click on the Connect Page button to enable messaging for that page.

Managing Facebook Pages in Web2Chat

  • Disconnect a Page:
    1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Facebook.
    2. Find the connected page and click on the Disconnect button to remove it from Web2Chat.

  • Uninstall Facebook Integration:
    1. To remove the integration entirely, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Facebook.
    2. Click on the Uninstall button. This will remove access to all connected Facebook Pages.
