How to View Customer's Lead Data
- From your workspace, tap on any active conversation to open the chat with the customer.
- At the top of the conversation, you’ll see the customer’s name or profile picture. Tap on it to open their customer profile.
- In the customer profile, you can find lead data that can include important information like:
- Email
- Phone
- Last Seen & First Seen
- Signed Up
- Browser
- Browser Version
- Browser Language
- OS
- Location
This data helps you understand where the customer is in the sales or support process and tailor your responses accordingly.
